Once the clock hits 12:00 mid night in Japan, the animation festival starts on Nico Nico Douga website. It is matter of hour before Japan sees 2013.
Well, we are in Europe at this moment so I need some more hours to wait.
The Japanese streaming site like Youtube, Smile Videos "Nico Nico Douga" will show 16 titles of animation from the new year day!
The title includes Hetalia Beautiful World, gdgd Fairies, Puchimas -PETIT IDOLM@STER-, etc.
