Great Ghibli Exhibition in Tokyo from July till Dec, 2014
The Ghibli's new movie "When Marnie Was There" will come to cinema in Japan on 19th July, 2014. And there are some events related to Ghibli in Tokyo.
If you are a big fan of Ghibli and visiting Tokyo, you know Ghibli Museum in Mitaka, Tokyo is a must-go.
Onegai Kaeru wants to share with you the information on another place in Tokyo for Ghibli fans. It is a special exhibition at Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum in Koganei, Tokyo.
At this exhibition starting today ( 11th July, 2014) until 14th December, 2014 you see the sketches and miniature buildings and houses from Ghibli animation.
For example, the Aburaya, the big spa house, from Spirited Away and the house from Heidi.
Entry fee:
400JPY for adult
200JPY for Jr high school/high school
320JPY for univ. student
200JPY for people 65 year old or older
Free of charge for primary student and younger than primary student (very nice!!)
Opening hour: 9:30AM-17:30(July-Sept)
9:30AM-16:30 (Oct-Dec)

For the new movie, there is also an special exhibition at
Edo-Tokyo Museum in Taito, Tokyo called "When Marnie Was There x Yohei Taneda"from 27th of July until 15th of Sept, 2014.
