The story line is that there was a mysterious page in Parco Polo’s Books of the Marvels of the World.
Lupin the Third series is not so well known outside of Japan. This has a long history since the creator Monkey Punch published the first comic in 1967. TV series ( since 1971) and movies followed.
One of the most known movies is “The Castle of Cagliostro ” directed Hayao Miyazaki. This was the very first film he directed with Studio Ghibli. You will see the roots of Hayao Miyazaki’s talent in this work.
The very unique voice actor Yasuo Yamada who had played Lupin III for years past away (btw, Mr. Yamada was also famous for dubbing the voice of Clint Eastwood). After Yamada’s death his impersonator Kanichi Kurita inherited the role.
