A sad news. Takahiro Kimura, the animator who created the characters for it passed away on 5th March, 2023. He suffered from a rare disease called amyloidosis.

Mr. Kimura was born on 19 May, in 1964. He saw "Armored Trooper Votoms" and became passionate about animation. He was particularly influenced by Moriyasu Taniguchi style of animation character design. Mr. Kimura really loved the design of the main character Chirico Cuvie by Mr. Taniguchi.

He started his career at an animation company called Anime R in Osaka founded by Moriyasu Taniguchi and Hiromi Muranaka.
