How to Learn at Animation school in Japan? Which is Cheapest one?

Many people coming up to us and ask how to get a job in animation industry in Japan.
We would love to provide as much info as possible for those who love animation/manga and want to work in the industry.
This time, we feature the animation schools in Japan. Whether you want to be an animator, script writer, CG artist, voice actor, it is not strange that many famous people started with a special school for animation.
There are many animation schools and we would like to introduce several of them. We also hope to provide a very rough idea of which one cost how much to enroll.
You see many "Senmongakko" below, this means "technical college" in Japanese.

How to learn/enroll?
How to learn in an animation school in Japan rather easy:
1. You apply to get the introduction paper from the school online and the application paper
2. You fill in the application, send it with other necessary documents such as your graduate certificate and wait for the confirmation. There is usually no entrance exam.
3. You pay the tuition fee and there you go!
Not cheap...

Yet, the cost to learn in Japan is not only the tuition fee.
The accommodation, travel, food, clothes, utility fee, Japanese language school cost, visa support cost etc. You need to include these into the calculation at least.
